If your patrons login to Infiniti via the Login Page, and they forget their password, Infiniti provides an opportunity for them to request another password. If your school has set up a Single Sign On environment then refer to your IT Support.
Fail To Logon (after entering username and password)
- Error message - Login failed - check username/password
- Click I cannot login
- Type Username.
- Type Email Address. Note: This is the patron's email address as recorded in their Infiniti profile.
- If Username and Email Address match, the patron will receive an email with their new password. Note: The patron can subsequently reset their password via their profile.
Note: Single Sign On environments do not use the Infiniti login page and must have their passwords reset by your IT Support services.
