Adding a new Budget Department:
- Choose Acquisitions > Manage > Budget Dept.
- Click on button
- Enter name of new Budget Dept.
- Save
Edit an existing Budget name
- Budget Departments can be renamed using the blue edit pen
Deactivate an existing Budget name
- Budget Departments can be de-activated or re-activated using the lozenge icon at right of the edit pen.
- If inactive, they will not appear in the choices drop-down when cataloguing a copy record.
