Catalogers can train the AI Metadata Editor to work in sync with the AI Metadata Search Assistant to automatically associate local or colloquial search terms used by students, with established broader subject headings. Once trained, AI Metadata Search Assistant will intelligently find relevant associated titles when searching your catalogue. This will save staff time, reduce the work needed to ensure books are more easily found, and deliver more success when students search. The AI Metadata Editor makes record creation and enrichment easier, while ensuring libraries and catalogers are in full control of MARC21 catalogue data.

The AI Metadata Editor can be used to train any subject heading in your subject authority file with words, phrases, colloquial terms, and even some foreign languages. Once trained for a specific subject heading the AI Search Assistant will automatically apply this intelligence to every book currently in your catalogue and any new books added to your catalogue.
Note: When searching your catalogue, the AI Metadata Search Assistant is quite tolerant of misspelling but should you discover a misspelling that the Assistant can't correct, you can use the AI Metadata Editor to train AI Metadata Search Assistant using that misspelling as a new term for the relevant subject.
