All patrons who need personalised access to your content or services must have a registered and managed profile account within Infiniti and LibPaths. Patron profiles determine access privileges and services for each patron.

Patron profile data can include at least the following data:

• unique login ID, patron name, unique borrowing ID, access right, student/staff identifier, cohort, access level,
• one or more email contacts for each patron - useful for emailing patrons, teachers, and parents/guardians, 
• patron portraits or photographs - useful for patron identification and class borrowing using interactive class photo lists,
• one or more group memberships - useful for collection access management and targeting specific portal audiences.

Patron profile registration can be done by one or more of the following methods:

• Manual Patron Registration, one-by-one, each patron profile, or
• Ad Hoc Patron Import of patron profiles using a correctly formatted CSV import file, or
• Concord autoSync to automate patron data transfer
