Before importing or updating any new staff or student details for a new academic year, it is important to run the EOY Rollover and associated routines.

The EOY Rollover Support solution contains the links to all these steps in the correct order and will guide you through these processes: 

  1. Run the EOY Rollover for Academic year levels.
  2. Create a new Academic Cohort for the lowest incoming year level.
  3. Set the new Academic period.
  4. Import new, and update existing students Academic year levels and Form classes.
  5. Set the new academic period Holiday calendar for vacations and EOY borrowing for different year levels before loaning any resources.
  6. Add any newly created Staff members to the relevant Staff Library Group to access Staff borrowing rights.
